The MicroPsi project has its roots in an architecture for emotional agents, the Artificial Emotion Project. Agents are based on executable semantic networks (for lack of a better name, we refer to them as AEP node nets).

We experiment with the fusion of software agent identity with a human operator’s — so as to support a human’s psyche with periodic motivation reinforcement and goal refinement.
